Thakur Sheo Narayan Singh, Thakur of Gaura -/1916, married Thakurain Sujan Kunwar, Thakurani of Gaura 1916/-, born 1870, she died sp, she was granted the title of Rani as a personal distinction in June 1922, in recognition of her services during the Great War. He died sp in September 1916.

  • Rana PAHAR SINGH, Rana Saheb of Khajurgaon, he recovered the estates in about 1730, that were lost by his grandfather, and resumed his position as head of the clan, married and had issue.
  • Rana RAGHUNATH SINGH, Rana Saheb of Thalrai and Khajurgaon -/1861, a cousin of Rana Beni Madho Bakhsh Singh of Shankarpur, he initially sided with the rebels in 1857, but submitted in 1858, and thereafter rendered good service to the Government, by maintaining its authority in his district and by guarding the bridge at Bithoraghat; he was invested with the powers of an Assistant Commissioner in 1860; married and had issue. He died in November 1861.

  • Rana Sir SHANKAR BAKHSH SINGH, Rana Saheb of Thalrai and Khajurgaon 1861/1897, born 27th December 1839 (#1), Head of the younger branch of the Simbasi House of Bais-Tilokchandi Rajputs; the title of Rana was formally recognised as a hereditary distinction on 4th December 1877; he was awarded a Medal of Honour at the Imperial Darbar in Delhi on 1st January 1877; created C.S.I. [cr.1882], and K.C.S.I. [cr.1887]; he was appointed an Additional Member of the Viceroy's Legislative Council in 1886; Honorary Magistrate and Honorary Musif; Vice President of the British Indian Association 1877/1897; married and had issue. He died 1897.

  • Rana Sir SHEORAJ SINGH, Rana Saheb of Thalrai and Khajurgaon 1897/1913, born 1865, Honorary Magistrate, 2nd Class for the thanas of Dalmau and Sareni; Member of the Legislative Council, United Provinces; K.C.I.E. [cr.12.12.1911] (#2), he relinquished his rights to his son by a document (dastbardari) on 9th May 1913; married and had issue, as well as further issue by Musammat Sarwar. He died 14th April 1920.

  • Rana UMA NATH BAKSH SINGH, Rana Saheb of Thalrai and Khajurgaon 1913/1946, born 19th November 1889; he succeeded to the gadi on 14th April 1920; Honorary Magistrate, 2nd Class; a nominated Member of the Legislative Assembly; married a daughter of Cdg. Gen. Maharajkumar Padma Jung Bahadur Rana (see Nepal-Rana), and had issue. He died 27th July 1946.
