  • Maharajkumar Shri Indreshwar Singhji Sahib, educated at Rajkumar College, Rajkot; married 27th April 2002, Yuvrani Shri Aditi Kumari Sahiba, daughter of Maharaj Shri Bhupendra Vijay Singh of Mokhampura in Kushalgarh state.
PREDECESSORS AND SHORT HISTORY: The ancestor of the family was Maharajadhiraja Alhanadeva, the Chauhan ruler of Naddula (Nadol) around 1150 (see Chauhan Dynasty). His third son, Raja Kirtipala, was granted an estate of 12 villages, and subsequently he took Jalore (known as Songar from ancient times) from the Paramaras and founded the line of the Songara clan of the Chauhan Rajputs, initially at Jalore in 1181. His son and grandson continued the line at Jalore, till 1311, when it was destroyed by the Khilji Sultan of Delhi.

  • Rao Shri SAHAS MAL, Rao of Sirohi 1424/1451, his energetic policy led to the extension of the Deora dominions in the western direction, but he soon had to contend with others with a similar expansionist policy, viz. Gujarat, Malwa and Mewar, who were all contending for supremacy in Western and Central India; Maharana Kumbha of Mewar had made himself master of Abu and Chandravati, so that Sahasmal transferred his capital to Sirohi, which he founded on the 2nd day of the bright half of Vaisakha, vikram 1482 (1425); married 1stly, Rani Rajadevi, daughter of Maharaj Jasraj of Bagor, married 2ndly, Rani Vaja Devi, daughter of Thakur Samant Singh of Mehwal, and had issue, three sons.

  • Maharao Shri UDAI SINGHJI I, Maharao of Sirohi 1553/1562, he was a minor at the time of his father's death, and so his uncle was installed as the Maharao.
  • Maharao Shri MAN SINGHJI II, Maharao of Sirohi 1562/1572, he was responsible for the murders of Maharani Champa Bai and Maharani Pushpavati, who was pregnant at the time; married and had issue. He died 1571.

      • Raj Sahiban Shambhu Singh of Nandia 1912/-, born 24th April 1900, educated at Mayo College, Ajmer; he agreed to pay a lakhat of six annas in each rupee and Nandia was made over to him for his support; he was granted the title of Maharaj in 1925.
    • Raj Sahiban Shri Jawan Singhji (by Rani Daulat Kunwar), Raj Sahiban of Ajari (3,500 Rs in 1915 and 5,000Rs revenue in 1931, ranked 3rd in the Sirohi Darbar in 1893), born 1845 or 1901 samvat, married Rani Raj Kunwar, daughter of Thakur Shardul Singh of Bhaunda, and had issue.

      • Raj Sahiban Shri Dalpat Singhji of Manadar 1907/1915 (4,500Rs revenue, ranked 2nd in the Sirohi Darbar in 1893), born 1873 (or 1870), educated  at Mayo College, Ajmer and passed the University Entrance Examination; he served as Judicial Officer of Sirohi State; married 1stly, Rani Chan Kunwar, daughter of Thakur Ranjeet Singh Sardulsinghot of Dhamni, married 2ndly, Rani Pep Kunwar, daughter of Thakur Surtan Singh Juharsinghot of Pava, and had issue, two daughters. He died spm on 7th June 1915 when his estate reverted to Sirohi State.

  • HH Maharajadhiraja Maharao Shri KESARI SINGHJI Bahadur G.C.I.E., K.C.S.I., Maharao of Sirohi 1875/1920, born 20th June 1857, K.C.S.I. [cr. 1.1.1895], G.C.I.E. [cr.1901], succeeded 16th September 1875 (#1, #3), and invested with full ruling powers on 24th November 1875 (#3); he was granted the title of Maharao in March 1889 as a hereditary distinction; he was raised to the dignity of Maharajadhiraja in 1911; he abdicated the gadi due to old age on 29th April 1920 (#4 p.269) but retained his titles and the 17-gun salute as peresonal distinctions; married 1stly, in May 1876, HH Maharani Guman Kunwar, died 24th April 1899, daughter of Maharana Sri Jalamsinhji Naharsinhji of Danta, married 2ndly, 1884, HH Maharani Chandan Kunwar, died in 1887 (four days after the birth of her son), daughter of Thakur Abhai Singh (or of Thakur Kushal Singh Jalamsinghot) of Varsoda, married 3rdly, 1888, HH Maharani Maan Kanwar, she died 1896 (1901), daughter of HH Maharana Sahib Shri Narayandevji Ramdevji of Dharampur,  married 4thly, 1901, HH Maharani (name unknown), she died in 1904 (a few days after the birth of a son), a daughter of Rao Mangal Singh of Bhinai, and had issue, four sons and three daughters. He died 16th January 1925.

    • Maharajkumari Anand Kanwar (by Maharani Maan Kunwar), born 1890, engaged 21st October 1894 at Abu Road Kharari, and married 10th December 1905 at Sirohi (#2), Bhanwar Prithvi Singh of Banswara at Sirohi, and had issue. She died 19th November 1909 in childbirth at Banswara.
    • Maharajkumari Het Kanwar Bai (by Maharani Maan Kunwar), born 12th March 1891 at Sirohi, married 16th February 1907, HH Maharajadhiraj Maharawal Salivahan Singhji III Bahadur of Jaisalmer.
    • Maharajkumar Laxman Singh (by Maharani Maan Kunwar), born 1892/1893, died young.
    • Maharajkumari Padma Kanwar Bai (by Maharani Maan Kunwar) [HH Maharani Shri Padmakunwar Ba Sahiba of Kutch], born 4th February 1896 at Sirohi, married 6th March 1907 at Sirohi, HH Maharajahadhiraj Mirzan Maharao Shri Vijayarajji Khengarji Sawai Bahadur of Kutch.

  • HH Maharajadhiraj Maharao Shri Sir SARUP
                    RAM SINGH Sahib Bahadur (1888-1946)HH Maharajadhiraj Maharao Shri Sir SARUP RAM SINGHJI Bahadur K.C.S.I., Maharao of Sirohi 1920/1946, born 27th September 1888 (#4 p.269), educated under a Political Officer and conducted the administration of the state for ten years as Musahib Ala prior to his accession to the gadi on his father's abdication on 29th April 1920 (#4 p.269); he was granted the title of Maharao as a Hereditary distinction on 1st July 1889 and the enhanced title of Maharajadhiraja as a Hereditary distinction 12th December 1911, he was created a K.C.S.I. on 3rd June 1924 and a G.C.I.E. on 1st January 1932; initially engaged 30th June 1900 at Abu Road Kharari to a Princess of Pratapgarh, the marriage was put off after a while, he married 1stly, 20th November 1907 at Bhuj, HH Maharani Krishna Kunwarba Sahiba, Regent of Sirohi 1946/1949, daughter of HH Maharajadhiraj Mirzan Maharao Shri Sir Khengarji III Pragmalji Sawai Bahadur of Kutch, married 2ndly, 1912, HH Maharani Gopal Kunwar, daughter of HH Maharaja Ranjit Singh of Ratlam, and his second wife, HH Rani Baijilalba Sahiba, married 3rdly, 1915, HH Maharani Maan Kunwar, daughter of Thakur Shri Fateh Singh Vaghela, Thakur of Kuwar in Gujarat, married 4thly, HH Maharani Sajjan Kunwar, daughter of Raja Kesar Singh of Junian, and had issue, three daughters by the first wife, as well as natural issue. He died 3rd February 1946 (#5).
    • HH Maharani Gulab Kanwar Bai (by Maharani Krishna Kunwarba), born 26th September 1910 at Bhuj, married 7th March 1935, HH Maharaja Jam Sahib Digvijaysinhji Ranjitsinhji of Nawanagar.
    • Rao Raja Lakhpat Ram Singh (by a secondary union), he was granted a jagir for his maintenance in 1946.
  • HH Maharajadhiraja Maharao Shri TEJ RAM SINGHJI Bahadur, Maharao of Sirohi 1946/1950, born as Kunwar Tej Singh of Bari-Panti Mandar, adopted by his predecessor as an infant, he was removed after four years due to a disagreement between the Rajmata and the Indian Government.

                    ABHAI SINGHJI BahadurHH Maharajadhiraja Maharao Shri ABHAI SINGHJI Bahadur, Maharao of Sirohi 1950/1998, son of Maharaj Shri Man Singhji of Manadar (see above), he was installed on the gadi on 7th October 1950, married and had issue. He died 1998.

      • Rajkumari Yogini Kumari, married 17th February 2012, Yuvaraj Kesrisinhji Digvijaysinhji of Wankaner.
    • Maharajkumari Shri Parvati Kumari Devi [Rani Parvati Kumari Devi Sahiba of Rairakhol], married (as his first wife), Raja Hari Shanker Deo Janamuni of Rairakhol.
