It's over again for another year! The committee are exhausted, but are ecstatic with the running of a perfect day.

Lunch was beautiful, great to see friends, and the feature auction for the donated service to Ascot Classic Silk (AI)(UK) had great bidding, and the lucky bidder won it for $2,000.

The proceeds from the auction will ensure that the RP Gala Events Committe can keep the show running successfully, and keep the cost to competitors down as much as they can.

16 Rugs to be awarded for Class winners, Champions,and Supreme Champion.
Cash and other Prizes for 2nd & 3rd placegetters.

The RP Gala Events Inc Association (now affiliated with the EFA from 2008), is run by a very enthusiastic and pro-active committee of EFA (Victorian Branch) and pony society members. As a group, we have run the Foal Show ( formerley known as "The Riding Pony Foal Show"), at Werribee Park Equestrian Centre since 1999. Our major Event of the year is the "Foal Show" (for Registered RPSBS Ltd Riding Pony Foals), which remains one of the biggest events on the showing calendar, being now known all over Australia and internationally. The show attracts spectators, Riding Pony foals, their breeders, owners and producers from numerous states of Australia.

Our judging system for the foal show since it's inception, remains a two judge panel with set criteria to be scored for each animal presented in their height classes. Each class & Championship section has great prizes on offer, all kindly donated by sponsors. The scores for all ponies presented are available to be viewed after judging has been completed.
