W A R R A N T Y

All instruments carry a 24-month warranty on all internally mounted components.

Opening of instrument case, interfering with or modifying of electronics, or misuse voids warranty.


Warranty Type:
Warranty type is "Return to Base" (RTB).
Customer pays return postage to K2 Australia,
K2 Australia pays return postage to customer by STD Australia Post.

Returns:
Instruments that have NOT been used and are returned within 7 working days from date of invoice and by mutual agreement may receive a refund, less non-refundable Paypal charges, postage & handling charges, and customs charges if applicable.

Instruments that have been used and are returned by mutual agreement incur a 20% restocking fee.
Restocking fee will increase if items are damaged or missing.

Returns are not accepted after 7 working days from date of tax invoice.

ACCESSORIES:
Accessories (including Hand Paddles) due to their personal nature can not be returned for a refund.
