Q. Why have a Battery Monitor, what does it do?
A.The Battery Monitor monitors the state of the batteries and sets off an alarm when a preset Voltage is reached.
Once voltage falls below a preset Voltage the zapper will not funtion properly.
Q. What is the difference between the KZ-03 and KZ-04 models?
A.Model KZ-03 is a zapper only, it can NOT make colloidal silver.
Model KZ-04 is a zapper AND ionic~colloidal silver generator combination.
Q. Can a mode KZ-03 zapper be updated to a KZ-04?
A.Yes, a retro-fit service is available at $AU100 plus freight.
Q. How can I tell if the zapper is working or not?
A.Turn the unit ON WITHOUT the electrodes cable plugged in.
The red/green LED should be blinking indicating the unit is functioning.
If the LED does NOT flash, the unit is faulty and should be returned for repair/replacement.
Now fit the electrodes cable to your wrist c/w wet sleeves and plug into the unit.
Once the wrist cable is plugged in the LED will no longer flash, this funtion preserves battery life and directs more current to the electrodes.
Gradually increase amplitude. You should feel a tingling sensation.
If you feel nothing, the electrodes cable may be faulty and should be returned for repair/replacement.
Q. Can the zapper be powered by a Wall Adaptor?
A.We don't offer this option for several reasons..
1) A conditioning circuitry would have to be added to smooth out
The 60Hz line frequency so as not to interfere with the pure 30kHz output.
2) The price would increase, something we are trying to avoid.
3) Safety and liability issues.
Q. Can spare accessories be purchased?
A.Yes, any quantity of accessories can be purchased.
Q. Is a repair service available?
A.Yes, we have a quick turnaround repair service for all of our instruments.
Q.What about warranty?
A.We guaranteed all internally mounted parts for 24 month against faulty materials and workmanship.
Warranty type is RTB (return to base) You pay freight to us, and we pay freight to you.
