2) Fill in the secure order form and click on the "SEND" button at the bottom of the form.

1) Please click on the "Add to Cart" button and follow directions.
2) It is no longer necessary to sign up for an PayPal account, just follow the screen promts.
3) You will then receive an order/payment confirmation by email.
