	As I have written to you, I was in September 1996 in Zenica as
OSCE election supervisor. For the local elections in autumn 1997, OSCE
organises new voters list. My friend Ovidiu CRAIU participates at this
work in Zenica. I would like to find someone who helps us to keeping touch
