Riversend is the final "old Juno" book and a trade paperback (there'll also be a hardcover). Unfortunately, its distribution will be limited and it just won't be on a lot of bookstore shelves. Any bookstore can easily order it for you and I'm sure specialty stores may carry it. It is also available as an e-book from Fictionwise.
