Local WICEN Update

The local WICEN group is active in the Albury Wodonga region.

We are currently working on the cross border liason between the Victoria and New

South Wales. A mobile WICEN repeater has been discussed so we are able to use it on both sides of the border.

March 2010 - AlburyCity's Multisport Event comms

WICEN and TCREC provide the comms for 9 of the events in AlburyCity’s multi event, high energy sporting action in March each year.

Centred around the foreshore of Albury’s Noreuil Park and Nail Can Hill, there are 15 disciplines including river kayaking, mountain biking, blading, running, swimming, orienteering, road cycling and handcycling.
