About Scott...
<The basics?
I am Scott, 5'6", generally skinny and fit.. blab la blah.
To describe myself in one word, as many online profiles seem to make you do, It would have to be 'Animated'. If you ask my closest friends they will tell you that im a bouncing off the walls, clownish, funny guy. It is not uncommon to find me doing voices, pulling faces, and telling jokes; But of course there are more serious sides to me that people often find out about pretty quickly.
I am a musician. I have played guitar for over half my life, in fact more likely ¾ of my life. Of course, naturally through guitar I am also skilled in playing bass guitar, then there is also the drums and vocals as well. Music for me used to be all I was - that is I used to live it, breathe it, do it all the time. It was a major outlet for me to be able express myself, gain respect from others and even communicate and bond with people.
Sadly though, music has taken a backseat to my real life... working the day job, trying to create a career. Of course my creative outlet takes a backseat to the basics, that is.. you know - food, water, roof over my head. But it is the dream that still lives within. Now I play for fun, no more pubs, bands, and very little attempted recording sessions.
So at the time of writing this, I am operating each day with a plan. Waking up each day with a purpose and outline of what I want to do. Ok, so outlook might run my entire day, but at least I know where I'm meant to be and at what time!
Anyway, I know I am articulate enough to express myself in words, but perhaps not as effective or efficient. So check out my "the interview" on my youtube channel, and you may get an insight as to my life, and what has made me who I am.
