| Hi all,
Nick's site is leaking. There are 4cc's in the balloon (he is 4 months on Dec.23) We were told to put zinc on the site, keep clean, dry gauze on it, and tape it down to keep it secure in hopes that it would close and tighten on its own. Does this sound like a good course of action?
Also, I could not find just zinc cream anywhere. One pharmacist told me that Desitin might work because it is 40% zinc. Has anyone else used Desitin on the g-tube site? We are not sure about using it.
