• The objectives of  HIPP is to present experiential workshops with young people in schools, youth groups and other youth related fields.
• These workshops have been developed to provide young people with an opportunity to work towards peace and empowerment.
• The HIPP workshops provide a unique blend of experiences that enable young people to build constructive lives, relationships and healthy community.
• Training for people who work in youth related fields

Type of Activities.  

• Three types of workshops: TIPP (Transform into Peace) for 5-8yrs old, JunHIPP for 9-12yrs old and HIPP for 13-17yrs old.
• Three levels: Basic, Advanced and Training for Facilitators (T4F)
• Workshops held over three days or by arrangement for younger groups.
• Building Blocks: Affirmation, Communication, Community Building, Creative Conflict Resolution and Trust.
• Throughout the workshop, participants explore the building blocks.

Philosophy:

• Promotion of peaceful pathways for young people
• Leadership in young people to work in peace with others
