All Levels have a variety of music styles and rhythms. These include Pop, Cha Cha, Salsa, Tango, Bachata, Regatton, Hindi, Rock, Cumbia, Merengue, Jive, Jazz, Funk and Samba.
 
The difficulty of the low impact routines (choreography and speed) increases with the level structure.

Light weights and resistance bands are used in some levels.
