He was one of the immigrants who arrived on board "Annie H Smith" of New York, believed his father holds office of a sheriff, has no relatives in the Colony. Hinde Samuel son of William Hinde, a farmer near Balranald died when riding his way home with his brother on Wednesday. They were racing their horses and Samuel was riding a race horse "Grafton", on which he won the Scurry at the Balranald races on Monday.
