Plastering

This was the living room after we stripped the wallpaper and removed the old cracking plaster.

Now it has new plaster and cornice, not to mention a lot more light.

We've painted the walls and ceilings in Dulux "Camomile Cream", and the cornices, skirting boards etc. will be "White Watsonia".

The original ceiling plaster was water damaged so we removed it. We've kept the ceiling rose though.

The ceiling rose looks great with it's new surrounds but shows the effects of cigarette smoke.

We've now painted the ceiling, however the rose will be detailed when we spray more of the house in the next couple of weeks.

This was taken during restumping. You can see the old plaster though.

Now the floorboards are back down and the plaster is ready for undercoating.
