yCopy2 is a backup/sync tool with multi-threading and a rich set of command-line variables.
Note that the SYNC option will recursively delete files & folders from the destination path which aren't present on the source. Use with caution, and experiment with unimportant files first.
I've been using yCopy 1 and 2 to back up my stuff for a couple of years now, but that doesn't mean the program will suit your needs. Use at your own risk.
Coming soon: support for saving & running jobs from .yCopy2 files.
