The reasons for meat spoilage
Bacteria and other micro-organisms grow wherever there is organic material.
In meat and other foodstuffs they proliferate.


In cool storage, they still multiply rapidly and every day that food is stored, the bacteria count increases. The result is the deteriation of the food, a breakdown in tissue, weight loss of product, an increase of undersirable smells and taste and eventually, complete spoilage.

micro-organisms (including bacteria, slime and mould) thus preserving the quality of foods in cold storage and greatly preserving the quality of foods in cold storage and greatly increasing their storage life.

The Importance of Ozone
Ozone is also produced by Starkeys CR308 Cool Room Unit using the option switch. With ozone produced it can infiltrate shadowed areas with its own germicidal qualities. Destroying unpleasant odours and creating sweet smelling clean oxygen.
