Tony, and Dineke
Lambert, of Cervantes Lodge, Cervantes WA., sponsored Janet Ossebarrd
Dutch Crop Circle researcher to present her research on a 14 day tour,
8 location tour called "Crop Circles and Contact". For more
information on Janet's extensive research into Crop Circles see www.circularsite.com
Tony, who has a
life long interest in this subject, author of several fictional books,
hotel owner/businessman and musican, asked me to join the tour, as he
felt both subjects marry together very well. I would be speaking about
Contact and Star Children and made this a good overview of both phenomenon
and would expose the general public to both aspects and how they link
together.
Tony organised and provided the transport, accommodation, venues and
technical backup for the trip. Karen Ong, a nurse by profession, recently
set up a new research group in West Australia called SCETTAL (Study
centre for Extraterrestrial Technology
and Life) and I felt that she would prove to be an enthusiastic and
committed addition to the team.
I also invited TV producer, and good friend, Denise Blazek to join us.
Denise has been involved in many of the subjects related to this
phenomenon, and worked with many well known figures in this field such
as Linda Moulton Howe in Laos, as well as Animal X Discovery Channel,
so very experienced and knowledgeable. She certainly had the expertise
to film as a documentary and also became the media person.
With some input with both Tony's help and myself, altogether we got
some wonderful coverage. The channel 7 breakfast show' sunrise"
had Janet speaking with a skeptic. The skeptic was unable to challenge
Janet scientifically and proceeded to 'debunk 'the topic and behaved
with rudeness and arrogance. This proved to be his undoing, because
of his lack of intelligent debate and pure
arrogance, it gave the public sympathy for Janet and her material. This
resulted in a half page story in The West Australian, two days later.
Ultimately we had exposure through ABC radio, Perth, Bunbury and Geraldton.
Nova Radio and 94.5 Perth. GWN TV regional news and Access 31 breakfast
show. This tour comprised of 8 presentations in Busselton, Bunbury,
Mandurah, Perth, Gingin Space Discovery Centre,Cervantes, Geraldton
and Kalbarri.
We began with the southern leg of the tour ie Busselton a very small
town and interestingly for this venue we even had trouble finding where
we were staying. The energy was really strange and Tony who plays guitar
found that even his electric guitar didn't sound right. Both Janet and
myself felt that the presentation didn't flow very well and we were
both exhausted, unusual for both of us.
Bunbury was completely different however several of the "team'
as we called ourselves had a sighting of what is termed 'deep space
flashes" Karen Ong who has worked with Dr Steven Greer has come
to recognise such phenomenon. This was on the night we arrived in Bunbury.
What followed that night was that both Karen Ong and myself were woken
by loud banging noises, like wooden doors being left to slam shut and
what seemed like heavy furniture being moved, this happened at least
4-5 times. We noticed that the furniture was wicker, so at a loss to
explain the heavy sounding noises. Karen also thought someone had come
into the chalet and was talking to Denise - a male voice, and then female
voice.
The next day neither Janet or Denise heard any of this. And no-one had
come into the chalet so we have no idea what made the noises or whose
voices? No-one came in the chalet after we went to bed.
It was the following evening when the anomalous figure/image in the
photograph, was shot by Janet Ossebaard. Janet regularly takes shots
like this as she often finds 'anomalous' orbs in the pictures. So this
was a series of shots taken from the same spot and the 'grey' image
by the laptop was only in the one frame. There was also an orb by the
ceiling,. It was interesting to note that I was talking about communication
and had Tracey Taylor's image on the screen.
The couple that were directly in front of the image we later learned
were father and daughter and apparently both felt some strange "energy/buzzing"
between them at that time. That night the evening flowed very well and
the energy was good. It was interesting that from that night on all
the presentations flowed. And what was amazing was that we had a record
turn out at Murdoch University over 400 - unheard of for this type of
evening.
At the Gingin Discovery Centre, even though only a small number present,
one farmer spoke with Karen Ong about a farmer neighbour that had a
'crop circle ' on his property 10 years ago but never spoke about it.
We also learnt later of another Crop Circle sighting in Greenough near
Geraldton.
On the way to Cervantes that night, another unusual happening was as
we were approaching the small town of Cervantes, both Karen and Denise
saw small bright lights in the back of the car like small flashes with
no obvious light source and then noticed that in the field to the right,
a big light flashing..( initally thought to be a lighthouse) but then
realised that couldn't be the case as it was too far away, this was
witnessed by all of us and lasted for several minutes.
This was the last of any interesting unusual phenomenon, although we
met some fascinating people with equally fascinating stories on the
last leg of our trip.
