No, that's not a typical celica bonnet!
It is another great Ford product!
This come from a 1974 Ford Falcon XB GT (the 1971-1973 Mustang has the same scoops).
These bonnets have been transplanted onto many other cars but this one looks right at home!
The paint has also been robbed from the Ford factory.
It is called "blueprint" from the BA series Falcon.
The metallic paint sparkles in the sun and looks fantastic!
The beaver panel, that's the back panel where the tail lights sit, was a new item as well.
So that and the new sills, etc. made for a good starting platform.
At this point after painting, the car was flooded with rust proofing.
