We are situated in Perth, Western Australia, said to be one of the most isolated Capital cities in the world.  That doesn't mean very much in these Internet days.  Our city has 1 million people and is a modern metropolis.  Westrova is situated close to the Indian Ocean, where of course our Goldies love to swim. My name is Frances, the principal breeder.  I aim to bring the puppies up in a loving atmosphere together with the adult dogs.  I am keen on exhibiting my dogs too.

This is me at one of our smaller showgrounds.

We are small breeders, averaging 2 - 3 litters a year from our own and imported lines. We breed for GOLD IN EVERY WAY.  All our breeding stock are x-rayed for any possible hip or elbow problems and excluded from the program if not satisfactory.  All have clear eye certification.  This ensures as far as possible that there are no long-term problems with eyes or joints.

Some of our pups have gone to the Association for the Blind to be trained as guide dogs. Others have appeared in Conformation Shows, Retrieving and ObedienceTrials.   Many of course have become loving pets in families in Australia and overseas.
