This is what my initial purchase of supplies looked like.

I got extra sheets of foam and glass for my top deck and additional width and length.

NOTE:… 8 foot by 4 foot panels are a little larger than their metric equivalents, this becomes noticeable later when you start to make the panels up.

Oh the pain of grinding and sanding. Trouble was the filler was harder than the foam…..  more filler on the foam now.!!

Purchased a little table saw to cut the timber strips.

NOTE:… pay a little more and get the type that tilts the blade, not the table.

Just so happened to pick up a rule with 10ths of inches on it, very handy.

Considering I work in metric most the time this was very nice to work with.
