That little table saw made these timber strips an easier job.

These are modified for the longer craft so they appear different than on the drawing.

H1 under way.

Tip for not getting glass stuck on resin coated gloves.

Cut glass to oversize, roll onto PVC pipe, apply resin to foam.

Then roll glass onto wet resin.

This helped me keep my sanity from pulling cloth out of whack!

Most of the completed panels ready, just needing beveled edges.

I think the hard point was needed, but it is not the standard 11”

Anti wash coaming was produced in 4 pieces then joined into final 2 parts.

A little larger foam profile used.

Electric router was run down the external edges.

NOTE: The glass wraps around so much nicer.
