AIDAN'S DIARY - SEPTEMBER 1999

Occasional vomiting over the months from mid to late 1999. Not sure if this was related to the tumour. Aidan's doctor's and other research papers indicate that a medulloblastoma can grow rather quickly, so it may have been the odd dose of gastroenteritis.

Aidan vomits in the morning for no apparent reason and complains of a headache. When asked where his head hurts, he rubs the back of his head, near the occiput. He is back to normal after lunch. The same day, Dad's software development contract with Surpac is terminated due to a downturn in the resource sector. Aidan and Dad head into the office to return equipment and complete paperwork. A very memorable day indeed.
