A Phase III prospective randomized study of craniospinal radiotherapy followed by one of two adjuvant chemotherapy regimenns (CCNU, CCDP, VCR or CPM, CDDP, VCR) in children with newly-diagnosed average-risk medulloblastoma.

Dose escalation of Temozolomide in combination with Thiotepa and Carboplatin, with autologous stem cell rescue in patients with brain tumours with minimal residual disease.

Phase II Study of Intrathecal Topotecan in Pediatric Patients With Refractory Meningeal Malignancy.

June 2002 to November 2002 - Oral Etoposide/VP16

27 November 2002 - Aidan dies just after midnight due to respiratory problems arising from the tumours.
