I didn't know much about Atreyu...in fact, I never heard of them up until a fortnight ago actually!

After visiting the roadrunnerrecords website, I was totally hooked!

After a brief vampiric and dark introduction, the album starts with the catchy song 'Bleeding Mascara'. This song will no doubt get anyone's attention! The next song, 'Right Side of the Bed' will probably get EVERYONE's attention!! This song will grasp you by the throat and play with your tongue. And your ears!

'This Flesh a Tomb' continues with Atreyu's synergy and so does 'You Eclipsed By Me' and 'The Crimson'. You start to think that there's not one 'sucky' song available.

Things start to slow down with 'The Remembrance Ballad'. It's not a bad song if you want something different.

After 'An Interlude' which is worthy of being a great non-vocal song, things start to get back on track.

BTW, 'Bleeding Mascara' and 'Right Side of the Bed' are instant classics. As for the other songs it may take a while to like them, so give it another listen!
