The Journey
The journey started in March 2002, when the Silvia was purchased. Through out the first year the car was being paid off, thus not as many mods were completed as I would have liked.
After the car was paid off the major mods started to happen...
All the mods were strategically planned, researched and thought through as the final product had to be show car material with a hint of a drift flavour.
The journey so far has come from March 2002 to present, where the car has changed quite dramatically.
The next project is a full engine conversion. The engine has been purchased from a 1994 180sx (SR20DET Black Top) and is awaiting conversion when the accompanying parts arrive from Japan in mid May...
Once the new engine has been put into the car, the car is off the the Panel Beaters for fitment of Wide front 1/4 Quarter Guards, and a full re-spray in Holden Monaro Hot House Green or equivalent.
Later down the track there are plans for a bigger HKS GT-RS turbo, along with all the other goodies associated with it...
The car is by no way finished and there are allot of plans in the future to make it one of the best Show / Drift Silvia's in Australia.
