22-01-2006 Coach Robert passes his 2nd Dan Black Belt exam. 17-12-2005 We have been invited to take part in the Kano year-end Wind-up competition. See details 11-12-2005 Four players of Judo Ryu WA attended this small but very tough competition at Rockingham PCYC on this day. 2 Medals were brought home. 19-11-2005 The results from our players at the Kano Competition in Heathridge were excellent. 9 out of 10 players got a price. The club's second grading was held on Tuesday the 15th. Judokas showed their skills and did very well in the grading.

We have been invited to take part in the Kano Judo School club competition, to be held in Joondalup on the 13th of August 2005. All our members are welcome to attend. Ask coach Robert if you are experienced enough to go.

The first day of our Holiday Programme was great fun. Rather than training in the dojo, we trained in the hall next door, which is much bigger. Some crash mats, an enormous gym mat and off we went.
28-06-2005 Judo Ryu WA held its first grading exams. The Judokas showed their parents what they have learned, which was impressive. Well done to all half and full yellow belts. Check the new club photos.

Japanese Sensei visited Perth. Our coach Robert attended both Saturday's and Sunday's workshop.

2005 WA State Judo Championships were held in Ocean Reef on the 30th of April. Several of our members visited and observed some excellent judo.

Our Holiday Training Programme was an enormous success. Lots of kids came and had heaps of fun. And best of all, more kids have joined us to share in the fun.
