This is the page where you will find any downloadable forms and schedules relating to the club. Just click on the link below to view the form, print it out and bring it training on a Tuesday night along with your dog's vaccination cards and you are ready to start!

ACWA Membership fees are as follows;

Joining Fee: $5

Single Membership for 12 months: $70

Renewal Fee: $70

Family membership Fee for 12 months: $90

Country Membership for 12 months: $35/$45

Concession Membership for 12 months: $40

Plus for all of the above, if joining for the first time: $5 Nomination Fee
