38 Incidents Project is a project, dedicated to and (will eventually be) completed by, fans of Sanzo and Hakkai pairing all over the world, that has been inspired by the rareness of good Sanzo/Hakkai fics in the circulation. It hopes to challenge creative minds to write short length fics concerning these two Saiyuki characters.

The aim of this project is to gather 38 series of incidents involving Sanzo and Hakkai that happened on their journey to the West that would take their current relationship to a higher (romantic) level! Ain't that sweet? :)

In other words, this project will be complete when there are 38 submissions.

Thank you! The project has ended. However, I am still accepting submissions for the project as I realise that there's a number of people who ARE still working on incident fics. In favour of these people, I will not reject any eligible submissions for the project even though the project has finished. Cheers~
