26^th - MAME 0.110u3 Another Big CHD Update

MAME 0.110u3 has been released over at MAMEDev. See the whatsnew.txt for details.

There are 5 new CHD's added in 0.110u3:

1. choko/choko.chd
2. csclubj/csclubj.chd
3. pzloop2j/pzloop2j.chd
4. sfzj/sfzj.chd
5. xmcota/xmcota.chd

I have no details on the new CHD's. I have heard a rumour that these CHD's are very large.

I've updated all but the CHD Info: Baddumps, Nodumps, BIOS's. The Baddump + Nodump total is 331 + 761 = 1092, no change to baddumps and nodumps up by 14 from MAME 0.110u2. See Tim's Emulation Page.

21^st - MAME 0.110u2 CHDInfo Update

I've obtained all of the CHDInfo for MAME 0.110u2. There are now 110 CHD games in MAME made up of 83 CHD's and 27 clones. There are 12 CHD sooners that have not been added to MAME. The sooners are likely to get a shakeup in the near future as a result of the new CHD's recently added to MAME.

I've updated the Infos: CHD, Baddumps, Nodumps, BIOS's. The Baddump + Nodump total is 331 + 747 = 1078, baddumps up by 18 and nodumps up by 3 from MAME 0.110u1. See Tim's Emulation Page.

17^th - MAME 0.110u2 Released - A CHD Shakeup

MAME 0.110u2 has been released over at MAMEDev. See the whatsnew.txt for details.

A whole bunch of new CHD's have been added to MAME in 110u2. There's been some renames to existing CHD's, some sooners that have come into MAME proper, and then some new CHD's from out of the blue! In addition, Roman's latest cmpro 3.95b now allows you to avoid doubling up the konam80s CHD when using split sets.

12^th - MAME 0.110u1 Released

MAME 0.110u1 has been released over at MAMEDev. See the whatsnew.txt for details.

Note that konam80j.chd is now a copy of the konam80s.chd. This copy seems to be required to get clean audits from Rom Managers like Roman's cmpro 3.95a when using split sets. I'm not sure why this is the case when the listinfo from MAME says that konam80j is a merge from konam80s.

I've updated the Infos: CHD, Baddumps, Nodumps, BIOS's. The Baddump + Nodump total is 313 + 744 = 1057, baddumps up by 1 and no change to nodumps from MAME 0.110. See Tim's Emulation Page.
