With track surface coated in ball-bearing-like graval, the Rally Australia can be one of the tricksest events in the championship. Traction is at premium, especially at speed through long, narrow sweeping bend with stout trees just inches from the road edge. Competitors are not to be deterred, however, and blasted through the outback and finish at the Bunning pine plantation.
