In-House/On-Site Servicing

If you want to have your PC serviced, you have three choices; we can provide a pickup and delivery service, you can bring your PC to us, or we can come to you. Circumstances can alter this decision for each customer, so we are flexible.
NB: If the issue is of considerable size, we may request to repair the PC in-house.

Upgrades/Repairs

Does your PC do everything you want it to? Do you need more memory or a bigger hard drive to store your documents on? Whether it's the installation of a new graphics card or simply the purchase of a new LCD monitor, give us a call and we'll handle it. We can assess your current system and determine what kind of upgrade you need, or whether you need to upgrade at all.

General Maintenance

Regular maintenance is required to keep your PC running at its best. Fragmented data, temporary files, programs that have not been uninstalled properly; all of these factors can contribute to the degradation of your PC's performance over time. We can show you how to keep these problems in check.

Virus/Spyware Removal

Is your PC constantly plagued by pop-ups and software you don't seem to remember installing? Is your computer running slower than it used to, freezing, or crashing? Viruses and spyware are common computer problems, and we can rid you of these issues and help you prevent future infections.

Data Transfer/Recovery

How often do you backup your PC? If it were suddenly damaged or stolen, would you lose valuable data? We can recommend possible methods of backup based on your setup, such as installation of a DVD burner or an external hard drive. If you have lost data due to a hardware malfuction, software conflict, or virus, we may be able to help.

Physical Maintenance

Your PC is like a car and needs regular maintenance, but this does not end at the software level. As dust builds up inside a computer, it can cause overheating and in some cases, fire. Dust should be cleaned out of a PC atleast once every 6 months, and we have the tools and knowledge to do it safely and efficiently.
