Practice Aims and Policy
Total Vet Care aims to provide a high quality and value small animal veterinary service for Perth’s northern suburbs. We aim to treat your
pets with the same care and dedication we would use to treat our own pets.
The following is a brief outline of practice policies:
- Payment:
In order to keep our costs down so everyone of our clients can enjoy a good value, quality service we do not offer accounts. Full payment is required after consultations or surgery. We accept most major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Diners) as well as EFTPOS. Sorry, we don’t accept cheques
- Discounts: We offer special vaccination and sterilisation discounts to clients who have purchased puppies or kittens from ACA Pups or Pet City. We don’t offer concesion card discounts so that we can keep
prices down for everybody.
- Emergencies: We refer our after hours emergencies to:

Our slogan “Your pets are special to us” signifies our aim to provide care for your pets as if they were our own.
