Your pets are also welcome at the Ocean Breeze Guesthouse. Arrangements can be made at the time of your booking.
RATES:
Peak period is from 1st November to 1st of April each year and during Western Australian school holiday periods.
- AU$150 per night peak season or
- AU$900 per week peak season
Off Peak period is any period outside of peak times.
- AU$125 per night off peak
- AU$800 per week off peak
There is also a 2-bedroom apartment available for short or long term rental at:
- $550/week or $90/night in the peak season, and
- $450/week or $80/night in the off-peak season.
Rates are negotiable for long term visits.
TERMS:
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit can be made by cheque, money order or credit card. Credit card bookings can be made via our simple online booking form or via telephone to Scarborough Beach Luxury Accomodation.
CANCELLATIONS:
Bookings cancelled within one (1) month of your arrival will cause a forfeiture of deposit. Cancellations made in excess of one (1) month will ensure your deposit is refunded in full.
