Originally from Zimbabwe, Leanne has been involved in the arts since she was a tiny tot. A Graphic designer by trade. Worked in the industry for years, 4 years of pure illustration based in Melbourne (having completed over 35 children's books and a ton of commecail illustration) She has participated in community arts projects and been involved in festival/art committees.

In 1996 she moved back to Zimbabwe to begin a textile project and open a gallry that housed arts and crafts from throughout the country. The gallery was based aound textiles using various traditional methods.

Leanne has lectured and tutored in various arts areas, both in Perth and Zimbabwe and participated in Exhibitions in Perth, Zimbabwe and Melbourne.
