After cleaning the pads with Isopropyl Alcohol, or if they are really bad we will use the Ultra Sonic cleaning Tub with Safewash , they are then tined with new "NO Clean " Solder.

After that we apply a Flux Paste to help with the resoldering of the parts. Only a small amount is needed. It is also a "No Clean" product, ie it leaves no residue like normal solder flux.
