It came in to us with a fault reported of "No image from camera just Black in the Viewfinder,and the playback goes Black & white sometimes.
The customer said "There cannot be too much wrong with it, we hardly Use it!!Although these pages are about a SONY camcorder, it also applies to every other Brand of Camcorder and Electronic Device that uses aluminium SMD-electrolytics, its these little fellows that commonly fail and cause so many different Faults. |
This is a newer model Camera, and this ftype of fault covers a LARGE number of Sony Models, including CCDTR330, TR420 etc. They all use the same chassis and basically what happens is the eject catch tears the small flexiable connector and the only option is to replace the complete Sub Chassis!!! |
