The Perth Urban Bushland Fungi (PUBF), in collaboration with the WA Naturalist’s Club and the Urban Bushland Council, will be organising the third photo competition of Australian Fungi. At the same time we will be holding a Fungi Photo Exhibition of international, national and Western Australian fungi at the Henderson Environmental Centre, Star Swamp in North Beach.

The event will be held in May 2010, so this autumn and winter is the time to visit your local bushland, photograph that special mushroom/slimemould and show it off. (Remember no picking of fungi unless you have a DEC licence).
