Waterex offers a wide range of manual and fully automatic screens or strainers for use in the mining, hydrometallurgical, process, industrial and oil & gas industries. These units may be supplied as skid mounted or stand-alone units.

The Kleerflo range of automatic, self-cleaning filter/strainers reliably stops problems caused by blockages.

• Unit capacities up to 2500 m3/hr.
• Screen sizes from 50 micron to 2 mm; typically 100 microns to 2 mm.
• Operating temperatures up to 70 deg. C. as standard.
• Operating pressures up to 1600 kPa as standard.
• Materials of construction include epoxy mild steel, glass flake protected steel, stainless steel 304 or 316.
• Microprocessor or equal control.
• Full pneumatic control for high hazard situations.
