1 kg light liquid malt from Welshpool

Pilsener enzyme supplied with kit

Brewing notes

Kit method, kit plus sugar in hot water in fermenter, top up with cold water.

Tasting notes

Nice malty Mexican taste, quite dry.  Bit under-carbonated, suspect home-made capper not sealing properly.  Drunk within a month of bottling.
