Tasting notes

Typical dry, slightly fruity Mexican, good beer, quite carbonated but OK.

4 April – 3 months old.  Golden sort of colour, bit dark for a Mexican.  Good carbonation, long lived lacy head, continues to stream bubbles in glass, reasonable body.  No fruitiness left.  Typical dry Mexican flavour, possibly very slightly too malty, but a very satisfying beer.  We made that!

19August -7 months old.  Good lively carbonation, nice rounded malt flavour, no fruitiness, no cidery flavours, nice dry aroma.  Very good beer.  Lacyhead.
