Beermakers Mexican kit 1 kg light liquid malt from Osb Park Pilsener enzyme supplied with kit |

Brewing notes |
Boil 4 L water, add liquid malt, boil, add kit, boil 10 mins, add to 20L cold water. Pitch yeast 13 March, add Pilsener enzyme supplied with kit. Decanted through coffee filter 16 March, bulk primed 7 oz dextrose, bottled. |

Tasting notes |
1 April – well carbonated, good head, keeps gassing in the glass, slightly fruity on the nose (apple type aroma), but typical dry malty Mexican. Still a bit green, slightly yeasty, also not completely clear, but already an excellent beer. Beermakers is probably the best Mexican kit. 22 August – well carbonated, good Mexican beer. |
