Kit method, kit and sugar in fermenter with hot water, top up with cold water. Chuck hops (already in flow thru bag) in fermenter with cold water. |

Tasting notes |
At the time we were impressed with the flavour of this beer, but looking back suspect it may have lacked body. Saaz are very effective in adding aroma despite low alpha percentage. Again lacking in carbonation. Drunk within 4 weeks of bottling. |
