Ginger Beer GB 7/4

Ingredients

Old Fashioned Ginger Beer kit from Welshpool

1 kg dextrose

Brewing notes

Boil 4 L water, add dextrose, boil, add to 18 L water in fermenter, add ginger concentrate, add half of sachharine sachet.  Pitch yeast on 2 April, took about 24 hrs to start bubbling.  Bottled on & April, bottles individually primed. Paul- how much?

Tasting notes

Excellent carbonation – scweppervescence plus.  For Simons taste more sacharrine next time.  Wendy liked it as is.
