Brewing notes |
Boil 4 L water, add dextrose, boil, add to 18 L water in fermenter, add ginger concentrate, add half of sachharine sachet. Pitch yeast on 2 April, took about 24 hrs to start bubbling. Bottled on & April, bottles individually primed. Paul- how much? |
