Took very long time to complete fermentation, maybe a couple of weeks. Bottled with wrong sugar again? |

Tasting notes |
Gassy, but not as bad as the Belgian. Pale, mild taste, needs longer to develop. July – still gassy, ok mild flavour but still tastes a bit young and yeasty. September – getting there. Can be poured without explosions, limited head retention. Very clear, golden colour. Dry on the nose, very mild malt taste with minimal hops, but with a very slight aspirin aftertaste. An OK beer, starting to taste like a Canadian such as Rolling Rock. Actually tastes quite good with a slice of lemon. November – Still over-gassed, but flavour OK. Aspirin character gone, quite a nice, pale low flavour style beer. |
