Kit method.  Bottle caps were unlabelled.

Tasting notes

Considering nothing extra added, surprisingly good malty flavour, quite impressive for the cost.

5 April – Nutty colour, stale on the nose, pretty much flat.  Caramel flavours with banana side tastes, clean finish very slightly hoppy.

Seems to have suffered from going flat/oxidising, good thing we ditched this capper.

21 August, about 10 months old.  Similar to above, although slightly more carbonated, bit of a head.  Nice malt flavour, not gone metallic or watery, but suffers from staleness associated with minimal carbonation.
