School Band

The Wembley Primary School Band is comprised of wind, percussion and brass students from the Instrumental Music Program. Opportunities are also provided to students who play an instrument and have reached a competent level of playing.  Other students may join the percussion section of the band.

The band rehearses once a week after school and plays a variety of music, ranging from rock and roll and ragtime to Latin-American and blues.

Recorder Ensemble

Students are given the opportunity to be involved in recorder ensembles. Instruments in the ensemble include descant, treble, tenor and bass recorders.  Membership to a recorder ensemble is available to senior students.
