Well, well, well! I've finally decided to display a little of the followup to my original Azwahtemh. Can you spot the subtle differences? :) This was originally going to be based on the unreleased DM-AzwahtemhXL. However, there were so many changes I wanted to make that it made more sense to start from scratch. This map is better everything. Much more detailed architecture, more room, way better lighting, oodles of z-axis opportunity, much greater eye-candy etc. To be honest, all the screenshots are currently from the single corridor I've been working on (one of the outer ones), however this corridor will be duplicated around the outer with a few subtle changes here and there to breakup the monotony, give location identification and possibly alleviate the inherrently symetrical nature of the original. Having said that, there will be the odd homages to the original, such as the small palms around the waterfalls, the same hanging vines and the same water textures in some places. Expect a custom music track, too! I'm also still toying with a double release of this map for both UT and UT2003/4. The 2kx version would sport the usual extras like emitters, projectors, custom environment maps, weather effects, fluid surfaces and custom static meshes. That is, if I can be bothered! ;)
