Room Three and Four

Rooms 3 and 4 at Westfield Park Primary School are filled with the laughter and chatter of 57 busy Year 2s, their three teachers and one teacher assistant. We have all been together in the same class since the start of Year 1!
We work in small groups for reading, spelling and maths, the rest of the time we work together.
We have a small inclusion group within our class working on improving their literacy and numeracy skills.

Frogs

FRIENDS

	Friends are good people. They play together and care for everyone. They help people when they are scare of naughty people. Friends love one another. Friends help people.
When you get angry you should say how you feel. "I'm getting too angry! Can we talk later?" We talked later. We became friends again and we played together. We played on the slide.
	I like friends because they play with me.Friends are nice, They like to play with people. Friends help people and share with everyone.
Friends are kind to each other. They share a lot. They play together a lot. Sometimes they argue a lot. They try to be friends again.
	What Friends Can Do. Friends care about each other. Friends Play with each other. Friends give each other help. Friends spend time with each other. FRIENDS ARE SPECIAL!

FROGS

Tadpoles turn into frogs. The frogs lay eggs. They eat bugs. Frogs are amphibians. They have long back legs and short front legs. They can live on land and in the water. They have four legs. They have slimy skin.
Listen to me croak!	Frogs can jump and swim and eat flies and worms. Frogs can lay eggs. Frogs eat other frogs. Frogs eats bugs. Frogs can croak. Their back legs are longer than their front legs so they can jump.
Frogs can jump very high. Frogs have sticky tongues. Frogs stick their tongues out to catch a fly.
	Frogs are amphibians. They are green. Frogs can jump. Frogs have bulging eyes. Frogs have webbed feet. Frogs eat bugs. Frogs are found all over the world.
Frogs can jump with their eyes closed. They eat worms and bugs. Frogs jump high. They can live in the water and on the land.
