Westfield Park Primary School is a very diverse and exciting school. Our students have a range of cultural, experiential and family backgrounds. To meet the needs of all of our students we provide a range of programs, activities, collaborative activities and events to enhance every child's development.
Our School Web site is a great way to gain an insight into the "richness" of our school community.
Our Home and Links pages have many graphics on them - this is because the Year One
children suggested that it would be easier for those who can't read yet to have pictures
with the words to make it easier to understand where to links led to. They even suggested which graphics to use! Their suggestion had to be followed up because Schools are for children - aren't they?The site was made using Netscape Composer, Paint Shop Pro, Coffee Cup Image Mapper, CuteFTP, Microsoft Word, Kid Pix and some exciting Java applets. The photographs were taken with a Sony Mavica Digital Camera.
The Classroom Pages and Classroom Album pages were made by the children
from the classrooms with some assistance from adults. The Computer Club and Wetlands pages were made by the children in the Computer Club.
The main areas of the site and a brief description of each is included below:HOME PAGE (Index)

School Song and Creed and Australia's National Anthem:SCHOOL SONG:
Westfield Park we’re representing,
As a School we march along,
It’s our aim to help each other,
With our class we get along.
For our future we’re preparing,
As our Country swells and grows.
Westfield Park we’re representing,
Australia onward is our goal.Ev’ry day within our classes,
We will try to do our best.
We will always show the spirit,
That is found here in the West.
We’ve a Country to be proud of,
We must help to make it grow.
Westfield Park we’re representing,
‘Australia Onward’ is our goal.
Westfield Park we’re representing,
‘Australia Onward’ is our goal.SCHOOL CREED:
This is our School let peace dwell here,
Let the rooms be full of contentment,
Let love abide here.
Love of one another, Love of mankind,
And love of life itself, and Love of God.
Let us remember, that as many hands make a house,
So many hearts make a School.NATIONAL ANTHEM:
Advance Australia Fair

Australians all let us rejoice,
For we are young and free:
We’ve golden soil and wealth for toil;
Our home is girt by sea;
Our land abounds in nature’s gifts
Of beauty rich and rare;
In history’s page, let every stage
Advance Australia Fair.
In joyful strains then let us sing,
Advance Australia Fair.Beneath our radiant Southern Cross
We’ll toil with hearts and hands;
To make this Commonwealth of ours
Renowned of all the lands;
For those who’ve come across the seas
We’ve boundless plains to share;
With courage let us all combine
To Advance Australia Fair.
In joyful strains then let us sing,
Advance Australia Fair.![]()
